LAURE
ATANASYAN
DIRECTOR
Laure Atanasyan is a French director based in Paris. After studying image and camera in Cannes, Laure moved to Paris and worked as a camera assistant on various feature films.
Later, she started directing music videos, between Europe and the United States for bands like Color War. She particularly enjoys directing actors: « Creating an intimate world in order to reveal deep characters ».
It was while making documentaries for Issey Miyake, in which she followed the preparation of their Homme Plissé fashion shows, that she first associated her work as a director with the fashion industry.
Always working with a moving camera, and thanks to her experience in feature films, she manages to mix narration and fashion concepts for brands such as Dior, Isabel Marant, Boss or Lacoste (for their campaign “Unexpected Encounters”).
In parallel of her fashion activity, she keeps working with actors on fiction projects.
